Refund Returns
At Hueadn, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The item must not be damaged, opened, or tampered with
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened lip gloss
- Used or opened foot bomb products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products purchased on sale or promotion, if applicable
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us for further assistance
